Cannot announce calls using 1 x communicator, has anyone found a way of announcing calls first when tranfering calls using the 1 x interface? We have CM 5.2.1, latest version of 1 x running on H323.

I think I ran into this - as I recall I had to use the red and green phone icons to announce a call to the person to whom I was sending the transfer.
