1 message in Outbox in Outlook 2000 but none there!

Hi,

A really strange problem this. The folder shows that there is one item in the outbox but there is none there. Does anyone know of this problem or any suggestion as to how to fix it.

Hi Tony,
Have you checked the current view settings for the Outbox. It may be set to view 'Last 7 Days' or 'Unread messages'. If so, set to 'Messages' or 'Sent to'

It also may be worth checking the filter button within 'Customize Current View' menu option to ensure no filters are set.
