I have an Avaya IP Office 500 on version 5.0 (18). I have a user with two offices in our building and they switch between the two at times. Is it possible to have a single extension on two separate phones and have them ring at the same time?

Thanks!

Make a hunt group an place both extension in it.

Or use hotdesking.
Always reachable on the same extension.

When you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

Greg, I've never used hunt groups like this. Can I ring an entire hunt group when a call comes in to either phone?

You can ring the entire hunt group and if you select help from manager while viewing a hunt group you can read all the details.

We use twinning for a similar scenairo and it works fine.

Hotdesking would be my suggestion, as the user can only every physically answer from one location.
