1/3 servers on KVM switch experiencing frozen mouse

Hello
we have 3 NT4 servers on a KVM switch. Lately, i've found the mouse frozen on one of them. Don't know what triggers it. first time, i rebooted and it worked fine for a while.
is there a way to reset the device?
is there something else i should be looking at?

What's the make and model of the KVM switch. With ours (Avocent Switchview) its an option on the admin console when you're logged on to the KVM as Administrator.

Swap the servers around and does the problem stay on the same port this will prove that it is your KVM and not cables
