01S00 Error When Connecting through Citrix

I have an application that when launched through citrix the user is required to select an odbc connection that has been set upp on the citrix machine. When they select their odbc connection they get the error 'COuld not connect to the database. Cause 01S00[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Invalid Connection string Attribute.' Any ideas what this could be. .If I remote log on to the citrix machine with the user id it works, but not through the citrix interface.

I would get hold of Regmon and filemon from sysinternals and run these. I have seen this once before, but it wass a loooooong time ago.
