I have a 007 Mail that after the AA answers,callers make there selection dial there Extension,AA says transfering call,but many times it replays AA main greeting again.Where should I look?

You should look at replacing the unit with a newer Merlin Messaging. The behavior you describe is common for hard drives that are near the end of life.
