0 redircetion/attd pickup

I need to be able to redirect all internal calls to 0 (zero)
to a VDN. UDP does not seem to have a single digit option.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The application - sine we can't keep the reception staff in their seats and you can't do directed or group pick-up for attd consoles I will remove the consoles and direct all 0 calls to vector control.

Hi Steve,

I'm not sure if this'll work but you can give it a go. If you do a "change dial-plan" and change the 1 digit 0 number from attd (or whatever it's assigned to) to extension, you could then add a vdn 0.

Alternatively, you could just remove attd from the dial-plan and have the "0" option removed.

As above changing the dialplan to have ext in column 1 and adding the vdn 0 will work I have it on our switch here. It can cause some problems if you redirect calls during the evening though as they will always bounce back to the switchboard if not answered....
