    If Telco is not dispaching for your trouble take the phone off hook report the problem. When the auto tester tests the line is will show a ground. Field tech will have to be dispatched to repair the issue.

    You need to get 3.1.(498901). I know that 3.1(56) is scheduled to be release in 2 weeks. This bug is schedueld to be in the 3.1 (56) general release. I had to work with Avaya's R&D to get this one correct. Avaya SMBS is aware of this bug.

    Is this a 406V2? If this is a 406V2 has a know issue with conferencing. Avaya Tier 3 has a fix for it. But you must open a tac case to get the software. David
