    Try using an IAX client namely Dante's IAX SOftphone. IAX will handle the ADSL modem and their NAT's and Firewalls much better than a SIP client. Let me know how it works.

    Yes we only increased the channels at one site. The other ITG site only has 8. But the calls going to my BCM's behave in the same way. from its going via the ITG route there is a long delay before its terminated. My network consists of 2 Option 11C w/h ITG, and 8 BCM's w/h H323 Trunks. Any advice?
