    Thanks for the info. I have them using in the coverage path a route over to coverage remote. and I allow them to change it. But in this specific case, I was trying to figure out a way to allow them to change it whenever they wanted between three numbers.

    I have been researching the same thing. You can look @ the document Administrator’s Guide for Communication Manager Avaya document number: 233506_8.pdf (starting on page 689) Unfortunately it seems to confirm the limitations we are experiencing.

    Running audits using ASA... When it returns the results: coverage path xx is not used, etc. Are all of these acurate and safe to remove? Has anyone had any issues when using the AUDIT feature within ASA? Thanks.

    I did a test with the command and dialed the toll-free #. It showed matched up with the one the carrier said was assigned. Thank you for the great tip!

    This sounds perfect. Is it the norm to have this enabled? If so, I am wondering why the original admin didn't enable it this way... Does this have any negative impact on the system? Thx.

    When I go into CMS Supervisor: Agent Administration > Change Agent Skills Select an agent. "Direct Agent Calls First" is checked and ghosted. Call Handling Preferences are set to "Skill Level" It only allows a check mark in the box if I select "Percent Allocation"
