Hey Mike have you check your Nortel Patches. I had a similar Problem with my CS100 that calls would not connect to My BCM's. The Nortel Site might help.
You didn't say what type of Option you have 11c thru 81c.The conf/tds will usually be in your 2 slot on an 11.But if you have a different option will still need to disable the conf/tds loop first. Try printing the CEQU in ld 22 and find out where your conf cards are located
SBC has been doing this for many years. With GPS I might add. They address Emergencies by having a Designated Tech on call as well as a Warehouse person. The Tech's rotate the on call
I need to change the T-1's in my option 11c to PRI's. I know I will have to add a daughterboard to accomodate a D channel but what are the software requirements or packages.
Johnpoole may be right. Nortel and Avaya are night and day. Thanks telecomtekperson but all seventeen slots are in use. I found that I need to remove tne T-1 card and do a board renumber that solved the problem. Thanks again. Norteldude
