WE have a Norstar/Callpilot set up with the Call Center module installed. For some reason, when some of my agents are logged in to the Call Center, they cannot make outbound calls, even if the press the "not ready" button. Any idea why this is?

Here's the scenario:
We have a Norstar MICS 6.0 and a Call Pilot 150 and we use Nortel T7316 phone.
For some reason, the voice mail button on one of my phones got the changed to auto-dial 243.
I tried re-programming it to dial feature-981, but when I press "feature" under the button programming...
Yes, and every mailbox has its class of service set to 7....but when you press 0 while the mailbox's outbound message is playing its says "One moment please" then "the Operator is not available."

They press in an extension (for example 802)
The person at 802 isn't at their desk and voicemail picks up
If the person calling in presses 0 while the voicemail is playing they get a message...

Thank you for your help, but what is the "voicemail DN"?
Do you mean call Feat-981? That only gets me to the voicemail of the phone I'm calling from...
I have set up a guest mailbox on my callpilot, but I can't figure out how to initialize it. It's a mailbox we're setting up specifically for the use of a remote user who doesn't have a phone in the office, so it would need outside access too. Any ideas?

I ahve no idea why this is...our main line is supposed to ring silently then be picked up by the Call Pilot where the inbound caller can select and extention.
For some reason, not sure how or why, the main inbound number rings at one of the user's desk. If he doesn't answer it gets picked up by...

I have a 7316 and everything is set up correctly, but I can't figure out how to change the extension from 242 to 818...this is driving me insane...
Can anyone help?
