xp doesn't work with sql 2000 dev?
nshen, Which version of XP did you install SQL Server 2000 Dev edition on ? I have this problem that I couldn't install it on XP Home edition and I read from the MS website that it can run on XP Home. I am wondering what went wrong.- nightcat915

I read from MS website that SQL Server evaluation edtition can run on XP Home edition but when I tried to install it it returns an InstallShield error. Anyone encountered this problem ?- nightcat915
