Been asked to install some BM 12 units on 9608 sets. Since the phones are powered by POE switches is a power supply for the BM 12 needed?

Customer has a Norstar w/7.0 software with PRI using combo card and T1 card...for the last two days there has been heavy static on inbound and outbound calls along with dropped calls. Rebooting the system "clears" the problem temporarily but comes back in 30 minutes or less. Carrier says...
Thanks for the direction, we're trying to use the hunt groups as follows:
HG 397 has the Supt and Secretary in it and rings collective on n/a it rolls over to HG 398 which has the third extension in it and the HG mailbox for that group.
The calls roll over to HG 398 but never go to the HG...
IPO r7...the school supt currently has a coverage appearance on his secretary's phone and would like that extension to ring no ans on a third extension, if the third ext goes unanswered they would like the call to end up in the secretary's voice mail. Been trying to use forward no answer but...
Know what you mean, but even the mailboxes with "none" as the extension come back invalid. Strangest thing is that this has literally worked for years and now this...
Customer has an old MICS 1.1 with NAM....they use guest mailboxes for their teachers and as of today when trying to leave a message on one of those mailboxes via the AA the system responds with "you have reached an invalid extension" Leave Message and Trans to VM both work internally, problem...
sounds like the way to go....is it an expensive upgrade? Dealing with a doctor's office that throws nickles around like man hole covers :) As far as our issue goes, is this something you've seen before?

OK, changed to the 212 address and worked for about three hours and quit. Checked GMX inbox and there are a bunch of failed delivery messages to addresses that were working earlier...UGGGG!
