Has anyone been into the installation wizard on one of the servers and then bombed out half way through.

I've installed a S8300/G700 with IA770 software.
I keep getting silence when I call the audix hunt group.
When I trace the trunk I get Network Failure, I have to restart the messaging software to get it working. It fails after about 10-30 mins.

Two connections here.
The S8300 has aservices port on the front. set your laptop to the ip address 192.11.13.5 255.255.255.0, the services port is 192.11.13.6
You can then set ASA (avaya site admin) to connect to the ports.

an agent is multi skilled to take all 3 calls.
If an agent answers 2)coca cola and puts the call on hold the caller needs to hear coca cola MOH msg.
Is this possible or will I need a generic MOH Msg.
I have a multi skilled agent that takes 3 companys calls, Each company has there own MOH. when that agent takes a call for company A if he puts that call on hold will he get company A's MOH. We have 3 different MOH sources!
This is on CM2.

The medpro upgrades are QOS issues. You have to FTP the firmware to the clan and then do "cha firmware download" and you can upgrade the files to each medpro. BEWARE this upgrade is service affecting but you have an option to schedule the download on the same page
A digital phone with concole permissions will be able to transfer the phone. when done press fwd and dial the ext you wish to forward and then the destination. Console permisions is the key to your problem
Do you have a copy of ASA or DSA, on there is avaya terminal emulator. This is the old terranova and you can download text files with that. Give me a shout back if you need more info
Add a station as an X port (station Type)
Give it a cover path
Make the first cov point a cov remote path.
"Cha cov remote" command will give you the entries.
When you call an x port it will follow the cover path straight away.
If this didnt make sense get back. as I have this working...
