Cannot use Contacts
Do you have the option under View to turn on "Folder List?" If so, can you see the Contacts folder from there? Can you see the Contact folder at all, even in the Outlook Shortcuts list or is the problem that you just can't choose it from within the message? ~Gayle- GLW630

messages are not getting moved to the sent itmes folder
Have you tried right-clicking in the pane displaying the folder (Outbox) and checking for auto-formatting or filters that could have been applied accidentally? ~Gayle- GLW630

Deleted Items not going to Deleted Items Folder!
I found it! It wasn't deleting the messages - there was a filter applied to the folder which I didn't notice right away. Turned that off and all the messages magically "appeared" again. :) Gayle- GLW630

Deleted Items not going to Deleted Items Folder!
I have a user (running WINNT) who deletes a message and it appears to be gone for good. It does not send it to the Deleted Items folder in Outlook 2000. However, it does send the Read receipts to the Deleted Items folder. I've checked to make sure "Empty Deleted Items folder upon...- GLW630
