Do you have the option under View to turn on "Folder List?" If so, can you see the Contacts folder from there? Can you see the Contact folder at all, even in the Outlook Shortcuts list or is the problem that you just can't choose it from within the message? ~Gayle
Have you tried right-clicking in the pane displaying the folder (Outbox) and checking for auto-formatting or filters that could have been applied accidentally? ~Gayle
I found it! It wasn't deleting the messages - there was a filter applied to the folder which I didn't notice right away. Turned that off and all the messages magically "appeared" again. :) Gayle
