Am new to batch processing in Fireworks 8, but it seems this should be easy - but it's alluding me...
I want to automate the process of resizing groups of files from different folders.
I used Batch Process to select all files in folder 'A', then spec'ed the parameters as to size and output...
NigeW, hi...
Well, I've sort of put this behind me for now due to the lack of what I've been able to come up with.
It's kind of ad hoc, but you can create a footer as a signature, and just sort of rubber stamp it at the end of a letter. Anything more professional I don't know how to do. I did...

I'm not sure what you're asking, but someone from a different forum solved the problem I had by showing me how to use the important function. The site I had a problem with was this one: foundation1.org. You can view the source file for it and see the nav code by the graphics...
Wow, this was a great idea. I don't know why I didn't search this way - just didn't think of it I guess. Anyway, google should keep me bnsy with this for some time.
Thanks for your help. Essentially, I am working with an organization that has an email list. I want to embed our email stationery...
Thanks for the reply.
Actually, I'm not after the stationery part so much as in creating a form from it, similar to the fixed headers and footers you can create in a Word file. Outlook has features for designing forms and templates, but there doesn't seem to be much documentation on using...
This is a duplicate of a post I placed in the MS Office forum - figured not everyone search headings globally through the forums..
Anybody wrestled with Outlook with the following (I'm using 2000, but they may all handle this situation in a similar enough way)?
I am designing a custom...
Anybody wrestled with Outlook with the following (I'm using 2000, but they may all handle this situation in a similar enough way)?
I am designing a custom stationery for use as a organizational letterhead template. There is probably an easy way to fix the positioning and surrounding space below...
I think Peter replied with info in another thread: thread605-668740.
I am having a similar problem in Outlook 2000.
I am trying to create new (custom) stationery.
I have inserted a graphic file (a gif - I actually tried this with 2 similar gif files as well, one for a header format, the other...
This is such an informative thread. It seems a good place to pose a related problem.
I have not been successful yet removing inherited anchored qualities from a linked graphic sitting at the bottom of a css nested ul nav.
Here is hopefully the relevant (summarized) code:

I guess you're just letting off steam because this answer is not that helpful as you probably know. Even a crack programmer or developer shouldn't have to reinvent the wheel!
A utility like this has a lot of legitimate uses as I implied before, such as assessing a prospective client's site in...
I don't think FP had a problem downloading script files as well as html and images. Of course, server side scripts cannot run even if they've been copied, but the primary purpose of my inquiry, was regarding site files as they pertain to structure.
My hunch is that DW does not build in a...
Yes, absolutely IMPORT any file or entire site you want in FrontPage (I believe this was supported back with FP97, but certainly by FP2000 since that is what I've used.)
You simply hit the Import option in the Files menu, specify a file name for the new web on your local drive; then point FP to...
In FrontPage in the past, I would often *import* entire sites usually in order to study them or possibly quickly adapt the structure to my own new site idea.
It seems surprising that this is seemingly totally undocumented in DreamWeaver - unless it is really not supported?!
The FTP remote...
