ARCserve -I took over backups for someone who left...
I have found ArcServe 7 very hard to troubleshoot. We use an internal Exabyte VXA2 drive and ArcServe insists on using its own drivers - which meant uninstalling the drivers Windows 2000 loaded, in device manager it appears but with an exclamation point, and the drive had to be renamed - Ecrix...- routerqueen
