Please, help
I am just starting ASP.NET, bought the book ASP.NET in 24 hours, CD with Web Matrix(special software for creating ASP.NET pages) was included.
I try to run ASP.NET page locally on localhost port 8080, tells me that page cannot be displayed, I did everything by the book. If there is anything else...
1) Start>Run> MMC
2) File> Add/Remove Snap-in.
3) Find and add IIS to your MMC
4) After you do all of that, save it. Ussually it would save to Administrative Tools.
5) your IIS is now started.
Expend "Web Sites" : your localhost directory is there: ussually it shows C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\.
Thanks for info, I acctually just bought the book to prepare for exam #640-801, I hope this will be helpful enough, friend of mine said that CCNA exam isn't that bad( he's CCIE).
Ivan
I am a programmer, but I would like to try myself in networking. How would I find locations there to take a CCNA exam and also what's the better way to prepare for it?
Thanks ahead, Ivan.
