Hello, has anyone setup the MCK Extenders and a recording/monitoring system succesfully to work together, I am trying to connect home agents (which is the easy part with the MCK extenders) to my Norstar system, but I would also like to record there conversations(the hard part). Has anyone out...
Well I was thinking of buying the 7.0 but was told that the callpilot 150 had to be 3.0 and the version I have is 2.0, so I did not want to take a chance and order the 6.1 MR...but got this one and the vendor insisted that according to the part number this was usa-mics xc 6.1 maintance release...

Made in canada 2004/12

Thanks Senk1s, for that revelation, I will tried it and HOPE that it works for me too. So were you also using point-to-point T1 as E&M, and you had the same issues were only the phone receiving the call would here a ring and the phone making the call would get dead air most of the time....just...
yes, both cards are set on off-core.
Site A
SP : 30CPG10 NAT
OFF-CORE PORT 8
Site B
SP : 30CPE06 NAT
OFF-CORE PORT 7
Both are xc 6.1
Do you think if I get the 30CPG10 on site B, that this issue will be gone?
Well I had on both sides xc 6.1 , and everything works great, both sides can communicate with no problem, just that the side that tries to make the call you dont always here the ringing sound, but the side that is receiving the call always heres the phone ringing. It's an intermittent...
I have succesfully setup a point-to-point T1 using it as a tie line with E&M, setup target lines on both locations and destination codes, and everything was working execellent, until I realize that when I call from site A to site B or vice-versa, I would not hear a ring on the side that was...
Hello,
I would like to understand where or to what are the 32 ports on the NAM allocated to? example I know that 16 ports are allocated to voice, what are the other 16 allocated to, to what application.
Well I do have XC 6.1 software .
So you are saying that I should have no problems just putting in the same software in the new cabinet 0 x32 and that I should not loose any programing, my voicemail should be fine and all the phones will have there existing target lines, etc, etc...
Thanks for your replys, And yes I an keeping the same software and software cartridge when I replace the cabinet, so everything is going back in except the cabinet is the only thing I will be replacing, ?is there something I should consider? thanks
I have to admit that in the two/three years I have work with the Mics I have done everything from doing complete installations, upgrading, add-ons, replacing and almost everyhting else, but I have never done a backup and then restore the system before using the NRU 9 or 10 (true story), here is...
Well I just wanted to update this and let you'll know that I have setup the voicemail and ACD in the same Nam as co-resident and its been about two weeks and all the problems that I had with the other Nam are all gone, everything is working wonderful and better than ever.
Well I am not sure if I do or if I dont, what would the symptoms be if I do have cross linked files?and where can I get those 30 steps to fixing croos linked files.
Thanks
Well I was told by my vendor that it was most likely the harddrive, and now that I have done more research on what exactly happens when a file is cross linked within the harddrive of the Nam, I am going to say that my main issue right now is hardware failure due to the symptoms that I am getting...
yes it is on a network were they access the ACD through Infocus, a Lan with about 120 pc's. So all system that you have upgraded to 4.1 and acd 3.60.0027, you had never had and issued with them.
Let me explain the problems that we are having.
1.cannot access voicemail features(ex.981,983,915...
Luv2ski,
all the co-residents NAMs that you have setup with voicemail and acd are all of them 4.1 for voicemail and cinphony 3.60.0027? because prior to upgrading the voicemail to 4.1 and acd cinphony II to 3.60.0027 we never had any problems dealing with the Nam, everything had work fine for...
Hello everyone,
I know this post is the continuation of a previouse post I had put about a week, where I was advised to use two separete NAMs, one for voicemail and one for ACD,instead of just one NAM CO-resident with voicemail and ACD. Well I have to admit I have never done this before and I am...
thanks for saving me future headaches , i will go ahead and separete and will update this in about a week from now to let you know how it went. thanks again.
Well I did change the software for the cinphony II to 3.6.0027 when I upgraded to 6.1 and ever since then I have experience instability on the voicemail. So I think I will defenately take your advice and separete both the ACD and Voicemail.
