I was hoping to use the 259 Adapters to connect our IVR's with the MCC. The 259A is a 25 pair to rj45 adapter. The pins that are inserted on the 25Pair side are 1-4 & 26-29. According to the pinout specs for the CLAN, the appropriate pairs (2&3) are there for transmit and receive. Anyone else...
Just south of Boston. I have a vendor that I am pleased with, and would surely give me response time less than 4 hours if I needed it (TriNet Systems). I am ready to at lease knock it down to core and let TriNet pick up the rest.
Understood. I am looking at an alternate vendor for the core, but wanted to make sure I was clear on what was going on before the switch was made. Thanks.
Good afternoon,
In reviewing our Maint. invoices I see that we are paying for full blown service - there is an item detailing 3914 ports under Enterprise Voice Systems Maintenance. It is my understanding that we are paying $2.06 per port, per month. Have any of you investigated cutting down to...
Thanks Paul, both good to know. I can always back out the 1 Sec. of silence if I need to in CMS. This project is going to be loaded with all sorts of latency issues as it is "offshore", riding several different links (CTI, etc.) so I'm just going to have to deal with that as it is. I'm...
Good morning,
We are looking at using IP Agent for a remote call center. One of my concerns is that our network is tightly locked down (as it should be). Can any of you tell me which network ports IP Agent uses so that I can talk to our firewall team before we push this any farther? Thanks for...
Morning all,
I need to send a message to all subscribers (1000+). Short of creating a broadcast list including all, what is the best way to accomplish this? Sorry, not much of an Audix guy. Thanks
Hopefully someone else has seen this before....It has me on the ledge.....
I am having an issue with announcement duplication. I record one message (37075) and it then appears where it should (37075) AND on (37062). This is verified by checking using the announcement access code. There is no...
Schned is right on. We currently use MCK extenders for a location (1500 miles away). They work excellently. Certainly will be more cost effective than an EPN.
I was wondering if any of you have seen the problem below. Any advice is greatly apprieciated.
We have two Intuity-Audix boxes. One is 5.1, the other 4.2. They are DCS'd together, and it has been verified that communications are fine. Every morning at 6AM, a broadcast is sent to 200 users...
Good Afternoon all,
A quick question...
I have a group of vectors that I would like to print. Not just the titles, but a full print out of each vector. The problem is that it is about 125 vectors, and rather than displaying each, then printing them, I was curious if any of you knew of a way to...
