Hi all, WE use IVR cas extensions monitored by Genesys T server.. But actually what causes the problem is not known.. GenesysT server crashs 4 or 5 times per week...Actually i don't believe that sp10 causes the problem but officialy genesys didn't test it with SP10 and it's the only defending...

What's the procedure for it? Our customer has genesys CTI application and huge problems. And genesys support tells that this is because genesys supports, up to BC12 SP8 So we should downgrade md110 to sp8 .. Can somebody tell the easiest way to do it? Rgrds.
