Ok heres the case. I have 2 2500 series routers connected via serial ports. One is DTE the other is DCE. Iam using PPP as the encapsulation. The thing is that I have the clock rate set at 148000. That gives me transfer rates between the routers at about 136kbs. Now if I try to increase the clock...
