Yes it works in a cluster environment, but obviously the script needs to be changed as the commands are different for taking a resource offline.

Have you tried using Crystal Reporting software. I used to run Crystal reports for Exchange against our Exchange 5.5 server a couple of years ago. Not sure if it will get you exactly what you want but it might be worth investigating.

Sorted it, it was the Fax Connector. After running the Performance Optimizer everything worked fine.

Update: It might not be the Fax connector, we have removed it and still have the same problem of deleting multiple items from any folder. Regards Mark

It looks like you may have a corrupt Exchange directory. Try doing an off-line defrag on dir.edb using eseutil.exe from the commmand prompt. You will need to stop all the email services first.

This doesn't move from one pc to another, but you can generate profiles using PROFGEN.EXE, I think its on the back office resource kit.

Have you tried deleting and re-creating the users email profile?
