    Ok, thanks for that, I will check the pin-out. There is no PSTN as its internal trunks we have created, both sides of the coupler are wired to 2 separate boards on our Avaya PBX to create an internal trunk.

    We have 1 ds1 connected to the incoming part of the logger and another connected the outgoing therefore creating a loop. So we have 2 trunks, 1 for the outgoing calls and 1 for incoming calls. All the calls we need to record are routed via these 2 trunks so I dont think the voip part should...
