Our HR department wants to listen to a voice mail that is in someones mailbox without physically logging into their mailbox. Are the messages accessible from the server?
Each report may have a different calculation for ACD calls. If you hit <F1> while viewing the report you can see the exact calculation and what is included for each statistic in that particular report.
We consolidated 2 sites over a year ago and are now ready to remove the ACD from CMS. Does anyone know how to do this? I can't imagine it is that hard to do and I don't want to have to pay Avaya to do it.

Are you dialing the XMOBILE extension or your extension? You cannot dial the XMOBILE extension directly.
When you do a list trace command on the XMOBILE extension, dial your extension number and it should show you what digits the XMOBILE station is trying to route to.
Licensing is required for XMOBILE stations but it shouldn't let you add it unless you have licensing. Use the command display system-paramenters customer options. It's on the 1st page.
