Marcell5, you are correct. I should have looked the whole sentence. If you want to allow someone to call-forward to local calls then they can also call-forward to long-distance numbers because off-net means not on the phone system which leaves local/ld as fair game.
What you could do is change the COS for those stations to a COS that restricts call forwarding off-net. If all the stations have the same COS, change that COS and change the restrict call-forward off-net to y then you should be all set. But mind you if the station is already forwarding off-net...
We figured it out, the remote user was using a headset that was off-hook. I thought to fix the problem it would be something simple or stupid. Thanks for the help.
I have a M2616 with display and when someone calls into his DID which is key 0 it rings once then flashes. This happens when no one is on his line. I looked at his programming and compared to others that are working correctly. I even disabled and re-enabled the phone. Any help appreciated.
