Does the Intuity Audix recognizes the incoming ANI digits from the service provider and plays it with the message received in the mailbox as it does for an internal caller. And how can that be prog. to show the incoming ani in the message manager. need help............ reg ASH

Advice of charge feature activated but doesn't work.On the isdn trunk page 1 set the charge advice set to all the possible settings but the disp charge feature on the station doesn;t show the charge.It just shows call charge 0.00 units. help needed........... reg

U can use the braodcast feature or create a distribution list with the mailboxes to which u need to send a message.
