    I have the same heatsink processor combo on a Shuttle AK31A and it works great. The processor temp seldom gets over 40c at medium fan speed. Just make sure the heatsink isn't to big for the area around the processor socket.

    A couple of weeks ago I bought the 36X Cyberdrive (CW068D) that nobrian was talking about. It works great, no problems at all. Burns with no problem at 36X. No coasters yet. But I bought it from Nexthardwareshop.com. Their shipping is a little pricey though.
