I'm waiting to hear back from the client, but we did agree no news is good news.
Yesterday morning we called Cox and had them turn-off CallerID on all lines. Since then, the problem has not returned. We've been good for about 24 hours.

On Night Service the AA answers and directs calls to the GM. The GM greeting plays and then goes back to the AA, never allowing the caller to place a call.
Internally, I've dial the GM and am able to leave a message.

A client of mine has a Merlin Classic Mail system. The hard drive went out on it and he purchased a new hard drive for it.
Now, when you go to access the voice mail system it gets to the login prompt then resets.
Does this thing need to be formatted or something?

Turns out it was a user error.
She swore she knew what she was doing and when you watch what she was doing, she didn't have a clue. She was pressing the Park button to try and pick up a parked call.
Jeez, this office drives me batty at times.

Nevermind.
Went and double checked the AA settings within CallPilot and it was set to 1 ring. But I had made that change two weeks ago and it didn't effect anything.
I think there are several things that are throwing me off.
1) There's no consistency from the phone company on which channel...
I've got an 800 number installed through a T1 that all of a sudden decided it wants to go straight to the AA instead of allowing the operator to answer the phone.
I check the settings that I know and everything looks good, don't see anything out of place.
Any clues?

Went snooping around the system this evening and it turns out the kitchen phone is the same extension as the default system administrator mailbox (102), so they were matched up. Apparently somebody had got thrown into that mailbox and they just hung up, but were...
We have a phone in the kitchen that does not have a mailbox associated with it (CP100), but the message waiting light is on. How can I go about turning this off?
