Still no joy, I've followed the instructions in the help pages and entered the correct details in the Email tab but nothing happening. Can't even find the logs!
Ok, never seen that interface before! Got the VM Pro client downloaded and installed. It tried to search for a voicemail module on the network and fails but I was able to add manually.
It then prompts to download a callflow
What should I do? I've never set up a callflow and don't want to screw...
Ok tried again using 'LAN2(WAN)' as Source Interface' rather than 'LAN1' and results were:
