We have a comcast box arris TM608G that's providing our co lines.

when I call my cell phone from the switch it displays on my cell the number im calling from. but when I call the switch im not seeing any caller id info on the phones.

I have a prologix with G3V9i.02.0.033.2 I have a tn429D installed, I have set the trunk group for caller id and I still do not have caller id. I need help setting up caller id properly.
