Forward on no answer/busy in Basic Mode
Hi Joe2938, Yes the coverage destination for the trunks is set to Extension 10, which works, the call can be answered there, but if not answered, or busy, it forwards to Extension 20. As far as I know, in Basic Mode, that should not be possible.- WarcoHushe

Hi all, Here's a thing I ran into yesterday. Customer is in Basic Mode, running 10.0.0.3.05, installed a month ago.
