I've seen quite a few posts referencing this same error, but none that specifically touches on my particular scenario (unless I've missed it).
IPO Subnet: 192.168.0.x
Remote Subnet: 192.168.1.x
Static IP in ADDR: 192.168.0.50
Static Call Server in ADDR: 192.168.0.252

Thanks intrigrant. After speaking with them, they decided to abandon the Menu and just have it ring directly to the CSR group. If they don't pick up after 3 rings, they want it to go to the All Ring group. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
