    I believe we are ok on the Cisco side. The IT person went through the config. The calls get to the IP office, it seems it is only the IPO traffic going back to Cisco that is not working. defh

    amriddle, I hear what you are saying regarding the blocking, so I will insist on having this checked. The 0.0.0.0 route covers all so the 152.220.243.0 should not be needed, correct? Yes they can both be pinged. Rgds, defh
