Can't find where to add the module on the TN. The 2616 you change to AO1 but that option is not on the 3904. Can someone guide me through this? very much appreciated. Fred

Can someone tell me what the default IP address is for the BCM50? I'm a PBX administrator so I'm new to the BCM family. I was told that once in Elimant Manager I would be able to access the install guide. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Fred

I have about 7 DID's progammed begining with 71xx. The LUDN displays 710 711 712 713 714 715 7161 7166 7169 717 718 7190 7191 7194 7195 7196 7197. I thought each number displayed individually. I guess I'm ok correct? Thanks

No. When I ordered the PRI 3 years ago I ordered some extra DID's in the 71xx range. Not using 7 for anything. thanks

Hopefully a simple one here. I have 4 blocks of DID's on a PRI that have not yet been added to the PBX. ie, when I do a LUDN they are not there. How to I go about adding them to the PBX? Thanks a lot, Fred

I just got a quote for ISM's and they want another 255.00 just to add them to the PBX. I have an Option 51c with rel 3.0. How are they added to the switch? Is it just a key code? It's seems pretty high if its just a simple LD change. Thanks

Yeah, the complaint originally was the busy signal or a no answer then to a general mailbox they went. I'll play around with some of the ideas provided. Thank you all for your suggestions. Fred
