Unhide it from the exchange advanced tab under properties of the users name in ADUC. Set up a windows profile and create the mailbox of that user and then hide it again. Then you can log into that account and view the email.
Open up system manager - right click your exchange server and click properties. Go to the Diognostic logging tab amd highlight MSExchangeAL. Set address list syncrozine to MAX. Then highlight MSExchangeMS and set Proxy Generation to MAX.
That may update the server and push it to the GAL. But...
