Try using REGMON. I had a similar problem and ended up giving permission for USERS in HKLM\software\microsoft\office and allowed 'Set Value' and 'Create Subkey' I set it at this level to hope that it would sort out any other problems.

Hi.... Check out MS Q271246 for a fix. In a nutshell make sure you have IE 5.5 and SP1 then install latest security patch. This fixed the problem on our w2k Citrix xpe farm. SP2 also fixes it and IE6 is ok. (Thanks to Rick Dehlinger at Citrix for this tip) Cheers

HI..... I have this same problem .. it is a known problem with win2k. Microsoft (there is a KB article about it) advised that the fix is to check the firmware revision of your KVM, some of them can be upgraded to fix this problem. Mine couldn't so I just have to live with it. Good luck
