    If you call in to check your vm and hit the wrong extension, is there a way to back up to put a new extension in rather than hang up and call the main number back?

    I'm sorry, let me revise that statement. When I <feature 983>, select AA, OTHR or CCR I get "NOT ALLOWED." I suppose I need to purchase these features? Or are they not active and I need to activate them? I am only able to access MBOX and GLIST. Thanks for the help once again.

    Thanks for the help. I got into the StarTalk Flash and when I <feature 983>, select AA it tells me "NOT ALLOWED?" MBOX and OTHR work fine. Does this flash not support AA or am I missing something?
