Sadly, I can't... a few months back I had to modify all classes of service to disallow the outbound transfer feature, since our system got broken into and thousands of dollars in overseas calls were made using that feature. I appreciate the feedback.... any other possible suggestions? Thanks...

Does anybody know if it's possible to call forward your extension to another (external) extension (not the vmail dn) remotely by logging into your mbox?
I have tried and tried and all I can do is fwd to vmail remotely. This is needed in order to be able to forward an extension to another...

Are you sure about the 3.0 CP backup auto-reboot? If so, I'll be trying to get my hands on that software PDQ. We are afraid to do backups because of system failure on reboots. Thanks for the info!

If you would prefer to hear an alert that the call is being recorded, you can use the call record feature in the call pilot.
Under COS settings, ensure "enable record call" is set to yes for the class of service assigned to users. Then when on a call, from the set dial F989 and the call will...

I've heard it's not possible to force a 5 or 6 digit (user) password on the Call Pilot (150) mailboxes but I can't believe that.
Anybody know for sure? We had a fraud issue a few weeks back, so I've already modified the COS's (using the rad) and advised our users to set up 6 digit passwords...
