How do I "unprovision" ports from a switch that no longer has them?
I had a module in Slot "E", but then removed it.
When I do "show int" or "show vlan 1", all the ports from the removed module still appear.
I was guessing there should be some kind of command under "chassis" for...
Can anybody help me get my head around this? I have never needed to use PVST before but now I'm having to consider it due to the horrible LAN design I'm facing.
I have a ring of 4 switches.
PVST+ enabled.
Switch 1 is at the top, 2 & 3 are each connected to 1, and 4 is at the bottom connected...

Perhaps somebody here can save me some time by telling me exactly which document it is in or even by telling me what the procedure is?

What sort of performance do you get for higher definitions?
How do you provision WAN bandwidth...
