    Resizing Image

    I am trying to resize an image from my digital camera to passport size (35mm x 45mm)but I just cannot get these exact sizes. When I enter my size in the width box on resize menu the height box adjusts by itself and i cannot get it to print at the above sizes. What am I doing wrong? Any help...
