I have four computers networked. It seems that the win2K is losing its connection with the master (winNT) computer or the master (winNT) computer cannot talk to the slave (win2K). Also in explorer from either the master or slave we are not able to see any of the other computers. I tried...
In our office we had a problem with an Epson 980 which powered on and off at will. Take the whole thing apart and you will see the Control Panel PCB connecting ribbon will be loose. It's not fun to put back together but this would be where your problem lies.
This is where you type something...
Ok I have worked out that the problem lies with the video driver I attempted to install but if it won't boot beyond the blue screen then how do I uninstall the driver? I can't boot to VGA mode (why can't they say "safe") and the repair option on a NT CD didn't work either.
