    IP Office 500 and 5402's

    Hi, Has anyone else noticed this problem. When the volume is over half on the 5402's, you get really bad background noise on calls internally or externally. It doesn't happen on the 5410's or 5420's because Avaya brought out firmware to fix this on these models.
