@hibroth The root number is 072295660 (as stated in my agreement document). @intrigrant Presently, I have 8 users because my full license is yet to be released. Thanks to you two. @intrigrant That really helped. Outgoing calls are resolved now. Howerver incoming calls is still giving a headache. When i call the numbers from any phone (on any network) it says "The number you have dialed is incorrect". Below is how i configured it as adviced; MSN/DDI...- Orioye
