    I don't use Netscape. As for the security options, I have checked unchecked one after the other but still no go. I think the only thing to do is re-install Windows XP. Thank you, guys.

    Yeah, I can download files except those with zip and rar extensions. I have tried several sites to download programs and utilities, and managed to download those with cab and exe extensions but when I download those with zip and rar extensions, I got the security alert message.

    That's right, smah. Everytime I tried to uninstall, it's saying failed to uninstall as it is required by the system to start up. On the registry, it is under LEGACY.
