    thanks,montyzummer got it all registered and making calls but wont accept calls,seems to be something in the ata itself not accepting the invite from inbound traffic,Has anyone had a ata register and accept calls? if so what brand and model?

    in Avaya Aura Communications Manager, add an extension and under the permissions section tell it auto attendant. Its pretty straight forward from there,but that will only help you if you have aura and cm.
