We are just using the Avaya crisis alerting which is built into the CM. Short details are here.
We cant just attach it to the station using a feature like EC500 because the station doesn't actually ring. So even if you tie the cell phone to the station the cell phone doesnt get any message.

So this is whats odd. I did the steps you showed in the copied text and created for myself so now i dial *11 100 and it rings my cell. Since the other users dial *11 615 i SHOULD be able to do the change abbreviated-dialing enhanced list 1 615 and see it but it says thats not a valid identifier...
I have tried "change abbreviated-dialing enhanced 1" which gives me "1 Identifier not assigned"
And "change abbreviated-dialing enhanced list 1" which gives me "Identifier command words omitted"

When i try that command i get a "Identifier command word(s) omitted: please press HELP"
Upon pressing help it says enter dial code first digits: (3 dgt) 0-9, (4 dgt) 00-99 ['list' 1-2]
