    Two Questions - TDM-Based Sets

9508s are still available. We stopped using 5400s some time ago so i cant speak to them on 12.1 but on 11.1 the 5410s were fine the 5402s would lock up and need rebooting. The 1400s are still supported and there are so many on the second-hand market we use those when we want a really cheap...

J139 - SIP FEATURE - FACTORY HARD RESET

I couldn't find anything to do this on the phone when I was converting some J100 off Cloud Office. But I could change the password in the settings file. either directly in the settings file by adding SET PROCPSWD 27238 or in the no user source number by adding SET_46xx_PROCPSWD=27238 However...

    Question about analog extension modules

We specialise in providing services to these types of customers and prefer to use the IPO with POTs card/modules. It allows us to provide a much simpler solution to manage as well as the benefit of basic phones and specialty phones such as big button phones. We also allow residents to bring...

cannot find a suitable SIP URI to dial out | SIP Error

Hmm you say the short code is pointing to the ARS but then you say its line 17.From what you are saying I would have thought it should work but there must be something missing. Can the users in the call centre dial extensions on the IPO? Do you have System short code ?/Dial/./50 Main? This is...

Workplace setup for IPO Prefered 11.0

A couple of questions. IP500 or server? Are remote workers using PC or Mobiles? Do you have a requirement for TLS? Is there VPN infrastructure for the remote users currently?

cannot find a suitable SIP URI to dial out | SIP Error

Where is this short code? User, System or ARS? If its user or system is it pointing to ARS? What's the shot codes on ARS? If its in ARS what's the sort code pointing to it? What's the 7 for? I assume this is an R11.1 system? And this relates to your other post? Is this why it didn't work...

Bind Extension to single ip phone avaya

It would be nice if we had an option to map a MAC address to an extension number to save the users needing to log the phone in, but nope. I would be very happy to be proved wrong on his

J100 Phone snot changing SIP proxy when changed in 46xsettings

@ msalvary thanskf or the suggestion I looked up the NoUser Source number and found ENABLE_J100_FQDN I loaded this and it updated the 46xxsettings file, so the phones are now using the systems FQDN, Pity I didn't know about this when I first set them up. Thanks for the insight. :-)

J100 Phone snot changing SIP proxy when changed in 46xsettings

I gave it a go and it works the same as SIP_CONTROLLER_LIST= in the 242 options. So doesn't resolve the problem. To be fair I am not surprised I believe the intent is for the phone to get the SIP proxy address from the 46xxsettings file not form DHCP.

J100 Phone snot changing SIP proxy when changed in 46xsettings

We have a site with about 1800 J100 phones and need to change the IP Office IP address. We are actually migrating the phones from one IP Office to a replacement. The site doesn't have internet access for the phones so I can't use DES, even though I doubt that would help. (Server edition...

IP Office unusable until upgrade license is added!!!

With the amount of time you have spent on it surely it would have been cheaper and faster to just get the upgrade licence. Essential edition license R9.0 or what ever version is not an upgrade licence. Only time I have ever seen this happen is when there has been a call made when the system was...
