I had this problem also when I installed my Kodak camera. This worked for me anyway you might want to try it and see what happens. click on run in the start menu and type the letter that contains the CD followed by \setup.exe. for example d:\setup.exe Hope this works for you it did for me Debi

On the task bar the icon where the speaker is it has a red mark going through it like the speaker is on mute but when I look to see if the mute is checked it is not how can I fix this. I am getting no sound at all. Thanks Debi
